Our CFT's were developed around a core group of personnel, each having a skill set of engineering, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and quality assurance experience. The purpose and direction of each CFT Leader and their team is to provide our customers with unequaled levels of customer satisfaction. Upon placement of an order, your CFT takes ownership of the project or program, and manages all aspects of the job through completion, to your satisfaction. This often includes routing of job details, material planning, subcontract services, manufacturing/production control interface, assembly, test, final inspection and shipping. Once having acquired a familiarity with your company's specifications, blueprints, personnel, material requirements, etc., your CFT will be assigned to manage your requirements on an on going basis.
