Established in 1946, Major Tool & Machine Inc. (MTM) is a contract manufacturer in Indianapolis, Indiana, that provides manufacturing solutions for our customer's most complex needs. Beginning at 37,500 pounds and ending at 27,500 pounds, watch us rough a 232"x98"x22" single piece of aluminum.

With a machining envelope of 65.6' x 14.7' x 5.75', feeding up to 2400 inches per minute, and spindle speeds up to 27,000 RPM, it can quickly machine our customer's largest and most complex parts. All major structural components in the machine are climate controlled to allow for maximum machine accuracy.

The roof is electronically retractable with a removable barrier wall in the middle to enable work in two separate zones. There is an integrated rotary table that can be positioned anywhere on the machine. The machine utilizes Renishaw tool and part probes.

An automatic tool changer is included with 120 tools using HSK 100 and 63 holders.
